Here's what you need to know.......
B-Elite Pageants presents The "Pink-Out" Mother Daughter Pageant 2024 May 19,2024 at The Venue on North Vine in Euclid, Ohio. This pageant competition is for Mother/Daughter Duos with daughters born to mothers (biological) or adopted. Special consideration for Duos where the mother is deceased, critically ill or incarcerated. Proof must be provided. In these cases, a paternal or maternal grandmother or Godmother may compete in place of the mother. In addition, we recognize a DUO as 1 mother and 1 daughter. Mothers may not compete more than once. She must compete with one (1) daughter. Daughters may not compete more than once.

Scoring:
Duo Introduction
Both Mother and Daughter will deliver a joint introduction.
Duo Interview
Both Mother and Daughter will answer a series of questions. Scores will be combined to total one (1) score for interview.
Duo Theme Wear
Both Mother and Daughter will take the stage together and receive a score for the "Pink-Out" theme wear.
Duo Formal Wear
Both Mother and Daughter will take the stage and receive a score for formal wear. Attire does not have to align with the theme this year,.
Optional categories:
Model Duo
Both Mother and Daughter must compete together as a team. This is a runway style competition. This category is optional and is titled and awarded separately. There must be at least 2 DUOS competing in this optional category. If not, the category will be eliminated, with no competition. See handbook for full description.
Additional fee*
Talent Duo
Both Mother and Daughter must compete together as a team. The DUO will have 2 minutes to present their chosen talent. This category is optional and is titled and awarded separately. There must be at least 2 DUOS competing in this category. If not, the category will be eliminated, with no competition. See handbook for full description.

Photogenic Duo
Both Mother and Daughter must compete together as a team. The DUO must be present in all photo submissions together. This category is optional and is titled and awarded separately. There must be at least 2 DUOS competing in this category. If not, the category will be eliminated, with no competition. See handbook for full description. You have the option to submit 1 photo or 3 to increase your chances.

Orientation
While orientation is NOT mandatory, it is highly recommended. During orientation you will meet the team, review the handbook and have the opportunity to ask questions.
2 virtual check-in meetings with the B-Elite Pageant Team
These meetings will be held via zoom and are scheduled as an opportunity for the team to touch base with all contestants, answer questions and share updates and announcements. Tips and tricks will also be shared to help the Duos prepare for a successful pageant day!
2 in-person workshops with B-Elite Pageant's Runway/Pageant Coach
It is strongly suggested that Duos attend the in-person workshops as there will only be two. During these workshops, you will learn basic pageantry skills and techniques.
Bonding experience
An opportunity to strengthen the Mother/Daughter bond, build self-esteem and self-confidence as well as connect with other Mother/Daughter Duos and build lifetime friendships.
Required Purchase:
Pageant T-shirts for both Mother and Daughter - $25 each
Pageant t-shirts will be worn for promotional pictures/videos and during the opening routine and introductions on pageant day. *** No t-shirt may lead to being omitted from opening routine and point deduction for introduction score***
